Villa Monte Nai (REI420)

The house is in a dilapidated condition—many things are worn and broken. The beds are saggy, there are cobwebs everywhere, and broken items in the house and garden have not been cleared away. The kitchen is not equipped for the number of beds and is poorly stocked or even broken. The garden loungers are broken, and despite requests to replace them, nothing has been done! If it weren't for the fantastic location, I would definitely not recommend staying at this house.

The house is very solid and showing its age. If you want comfort and luxury, this is not the place for you. The house has the bare minimum of amenities, nothing more. There is no kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Bathrooms and interior are very old. However, the house impresses with its impeccable location right on the beach. Access is directly through your own garden and you are by the sea. So if you don't care so much about the house but more about the location, this is the right place for you.

The location is unbeatable and deserves full marks - just a few steps from the beautiful sea. The price-performance ratio in October is OK. The accommodation is simple and as described in the pictures. The house is a bit old and some things could be improved with little effort by replacing broken things (toilet lid, closet door, shower hose, etc.). Handing over the keys to the management went smoothly. WiFi not working.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful, they also dealt with our only issue promptly. Our only problem was that the shower cabin is a bit too small, but other than that this house is amazing! 1 min walk from the most beautiful beach of Europe, close to shops and restaurants, what else do you need? :)
