Villa Ilaria

Lots of potential, but also lots of room for improvement! The location and view are great, and the furnishings and condition have room for improvement, as mentioned. A new kitchen has been built and the air conditioning works well, but the fuse keeps blowing when the air conditioning, dishwasher and washing machine are used at the same time. The bunk beds are quite short and the rear bedroom is very dark. No towel racks or anything similar in the bathrooms. 44 steps to the house

The house itself is in a beautiful area and offers a truly unique view. Unfortunately, the interior of the house has been badly neglected. Everything is very shabby, the plaster is crumbling from the walls in many places, but they don't repair it, they just put something in front of it. In one bathroom, the toilet cover was missing and the pipe cover was off. In general, it smells very musty. The staff didn't offer any support.

The site is quite exceptional, the house, a huge potential. However it is not maintained enough and seriously lacks equipment The oven does not work The hob only worked two days (gas). I had to ask for a bottle for the magnificent barbecue available outside without which I would not have been able to cook during the stay. The outdoor shower does not work. very pretty villa, exceptional view, quiet, lack of maintenance it's a shame.
