I've been to this house quite often. Not because I like it that much, but because it's cheap and in a good location. Sufficient for us as motorcyclists, because we only need the house to sleep. The equipment is inadequate and many things are no longer properly functional. This year we also had to buy a coffee maker. The house really needs a general renovation (e.g. kitchen). I dare to doubt whether quality control is really done properly.

The house is ok but the furniture, couch, beds, bathrooms etc. are old and dingy. Toilet cover defect, shower too old, everything. Not enough cups and cutlery available. The pots cheap and bad. Air conditioning in the hallway and if you close the bedroom door you don't have any cool air because the air conditioning is in the hallway. That means leaving the door of all bedrooms open and accepting the snoring of the other people or making them and sweating.

The house is big enough, has two bathrooms. In one there is also a washing machine. When we took over the house everything was clean. Unfortunately, the window in a bathroom can only be opened or closed with a little trick. Advantage of the house is that it is very close to the sea. The handover was problem-free and uncomplicated. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen, especially if 6 people live in this house. It is also insufficient that there were only 3 teaspoons and 2 wine glasses. The non-alcoholic glasses have also seen much better days. Last but not least, I'm also wondering how one coffee machine should be enough for one person? The outdoor area is very neglected, in many larger areas you can only see earth, the irrigation system is broken and the grill is so dirty that you don't feel like grilling loses. There were also cigarette butts lying around. The outdoor lighting and the wiring certainly does not correspond to the EU standard. The outside table and armchairs are made of cheap plastic. Caution: A potential hazard for heavy people.
