Washing machine is not working and all 9 days was extrem noisy, because next house was under renovation.

Nice spacious house with everything you need. Beautiful veranda overlooking the sea. Washing machine and safe unfortunately didn't work, an employee wanted to take care of it but then didn't get in touch. We felt very comfortable. All in all good, would book the accommodation again.

Deplorable service. on the spot, you have to call the emergency service of the agency several times so that they come to open, even warned of your arrival. No more battery ? you stay outside, they don't come to the appointment. No check in, opening the door and leaving. Non-existent shower door, not 1 sponge, not 1 dishcloth, not 1 cleaning product. Basically you stay in your dirt during your stay unless you buy them yourself. Too bad because very nice house.

For the asking price, the landlord should: 1. dimension the electrical system better (when the air conditioning, shower and dishwasher are operated together, the fuse is overloaded, fuse box hidden in the street wall), 2. improve the equipment in the kitchen (the crockery consists partly of former Nutella jars and still not enough for the maximum number of people!) and 3. remove the mold on the bedroom walls (proof photos can be submitted later)
