The basement apartment was large but damp, no fly screens. Broken mosquitoes on the walls, ceilings, furniture. Overall cleanliness was moderately good. Little love has been put into it in recent years and it urgently needs to be cleaned properly, painted, grouted in the bathrooms, new sofa (completely saggy)... Internet went down several times in 14 days. Overall, the complex was nice, the kids loved the pool complex, so we still give it a 3+.

The booked holiday apartment was a disaster...departure after 7 days although 14 days were booked :-( + pool area - damp apartment and mold stains on many walls - mold with old coffee filter in the coffee machine - dehumidifier running 24 hours a day in the living room - oven completely dirty and unusable - shower cubicle had not been cleaned for weeks - cupboard smelled of old fish (-> mold) - insect repellent was sprayed in all green areas the next morning without notice

There were three of us in this apartment, which is offered for up to 6 people. But the apartment was very spacious and we felt comfortable. It should be noted that the apartment is on the ground floor (sous terrain). As a result, some of the windows in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are very small. The windows of the "master bedroom" also face the pool. Of course, this can also be a bit annoying in the high season. All in all we spent relaxing days and would love to come back.

A large, comfortable apartment. We were a family of 4 in a 6-person apartment, a lot of space. The plot is full of greenery and flowers. A bit far from Lake Maggiore for hiking, but quiet at night.
