"Marì", 3-room apartment 85 m2 on 2nd floor. Fully renovated in 2023, modern and cosy furnishings: large living/dining room with TV and fan. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Good location of the house near the center with a supermarket next door. More than satisfactory supply of dishes. Curtains were missing from a window in the living room/kitchen, the television was very small for the room and to turn it off you had to unplug it. An external awning on the larger balcony would be desirable and, given the evolution of the climate, an air conditioning system. The fans are of little use.

We found the apartment very good, clean and practical. The bedding is good too. It is well located in the city, close to the train station, the historic city center, the lake. A supermarket 2 steps away. On the other hand, in the city of course, there is noise. The windows are well insulated, but when you open there is the noise of the supermarket ventilation and the traffic. It did not prevent us from sleeping (white noise), but I indicate it for people who are sensitive to it.
