The apartment is clean and almost everything was there. However, the deck chairs were missing. The charging stations for electric cars were not installed at the time of our stay (April 29th - May 4th, 24) as advertised in the description. The pool was not opened on May 1st as described and the table tennis and table football table were also missing.

House with fenced garden ideal with children and dog, but lots of dogs in the area and corresponding acoustics! Everything necessary was there. Clean and great pool. Location mediocre for non-sporty people! Center, restaurants etc. only accessible by car otherwise extreme up and down! Playground and barbecue area right in front of the house!! Complex was not very busy so very pleasantly quiet. We certainly didn't want to be there in high season... There are definitely better alternatives

A lovely spacious holiday home, close to everything Luino and Lago Maggiore have to offer. A lovely private garden, and a shared swimming pool that we even had to ourselves in high season. The only downside were the many mosquitoes, but the whole region has to deal with that.

We really liked the complex itself and our bungalow. The volleyball and badminton courts and the communal pool were great. There is also a nice playground for the children. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The only drawback was the small number of sockets. These are also mostly of type L, which are not compatible with the "thick" connectors. A travel adapter is recommended here. All in all highly recommended!

The house was very clean, well equipped, garden completely fenced, pool and barbecue area nicely laid out, staff helpful and friendly.
