Small house with living room/kitchen upstairs and 2 bedrooms and shower/toilet downstairs in an idyllic location above Lake Maggiore. A car is required as there is no public transport

The cottage is incredibly beautiful and everything was very satisfactory. You have to know, however, that the landlord speaks neither German nor English. You should have a basic Italian vocabulary. The directions via the QR code did not lead us to the house either. The landlord was always available by phone, but you should prepare questions in Italian beforehand. Towels are not provided. Otherwise wonderfully relaxing, quiet and simply fantastic ....

Beautiful house with a beautiful garden where our dogs could enjoy themselves! Very friendly and attentive owner. Good beds and nicely furnished. We certainly hope to come here again!

In nice warm weather you can sit on the pool terrace in the sun or there is always a breeze on the terrace of the house itself to cool off. Cold due to wind if the temperature is not higher than 25 degrees.

The view was fantastic, the house was a gem and the garden was very well maintained. You can't even see the neighbors because everything is green. Typically Italian, the landlord was very nice - everything was fine!

We were able to spend our vacation in a beautiful, clean holiday home in a fantastic location and would love to come back. The only downside to this holiday home is that the beds are too small (160 wide) and the ONE-PIECE, saggy mattress. It is time to create two SEPARATE mattresses in the holiday home, we ask that you inform the landlord and we look forward to new mattresses 2020. Thank you.

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very nice and quiet location, directly on the steep slope below the landlord's house. Due to the location you are completely undisturbed there. The house is very pretty and furnished with everything you need. We didn't miss anything. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker, dishwasher and everything that goes with it. There is also a barbecue. We never used the TV. The breathtaking view of the lake is far too beautiful for that! I can recommend the house to everyone. Even with our son (1 1/2) there were no difficulties despite the steep slope and the stairs. The landlord speaks little German, but is very nice. Everything worked perfectly.

For us the second time in this beautiful house, the decor is fine, everything you need is available. Lots of privacy and a beautiful view over Lake Maggiore. We always take our dog with us on holiday and here is a beautiful garden where your four-legged friend is more than welcome. As far as we're concerned, this is not the last time we have booked this! Highly recommended!!!!!

I would bring tea towels, a little something to eat for the first time (it takes a while to get to the store), a few tea lights for a romantic mood in the evening,–), a power adapter for the larger / round German mains plugs (notebook e.g., the narrow fit). Tip: there is such an adapter on the vacuum cleaner in the guest bedroom! toilet paper is in the closet behind the guest bedroom. almost all german tv stations can be received.

The house has a sofa in the TV room, for 3 people. More participants can sit at the table, otherwise take a camping chair with you. The double bed is a bit saggy, we have put a sleeping mat underneath. The house is otherwise very nice, you have the most beautiful view of Lake Maggiore! The view alone is worth booking!!! Otherwise clean and well made, highly recommended!
