Facilities very old & anything but clean. Upon arrival everything washed & 6 spiders removed. You had to let the water run for 5 minutes until it got warm, shortly afterwards it was hot and immediately cold again. So you had to hurry to take a shower. There was dirt in the shower from what felt like 10 people before. Water didn't drain properly. Flush defective, there was a container behind the toilet, because the pipe was dripping, you had to empty it every 2 days because it was full. repair necessary. Beds more than uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean and partly disgusting. The toilet brush was from 1990. Defects before moving into an apartment should also be repaired (toilet flush dripped. The containers underneath had to be emptied daily to avoid a flood. The television was defective, the radio was completely missing. The apartment was very old-fashioned and carelessly furnished.A previous inspection by Interhome would be desirable.
