Large apartment block "Belmonte", 4 storeys. 4 km from the centre of Luino, 3 km from the centre of Germignaga, in an elevated position, 900 m from the lake. For shared use: property with lawn and trees, swimming pool (depth 50 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis (15.05. - 30.09.), children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 900 m, railway station "Luino" 5 km, shingle beach 900 m. Please note: car recommended.

Small functional apartment. Some of the furniture is very old (reminiscent of childhood vacations), but everything is fine, works and is clean. Small functional kitchen and clean bathroom. All no reason for criticism. The view from the balcony is magnificent. - Shade almost all day long, so the apartment doesn't heat up that much. I am very pleased!

Positive: Nice view, both front and rear. Negative: Apartment was not clean. Was dusty and lay glass shards on the floor. This has been passed on to the organization and a time has been agreed for the cleaning. The cleaners did not come at the agreed time. The sofa bed was far from comfortable. The mattress was thin and you could feel the springs through it. The key unlocker was not activated, so we could not use the facilities (swimming pool).
