Terrace furniture, deck chairs (1), box-room. Beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, railway station "Colico" 12 km, pebble beach "Gera Lario" 1.4 km, grass beach "Hotel 'Le 5 Case'" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Main road 10 m from the property.

Very nice (and fairly newly furnished) apartment. Nice view and a fifteen minute walk from some good restaurants. Unfortunately no air conditioning so quite warm inside in the summer months. Good and nice host!! We have had a very nice holiday here!

The beautiful, clean, functional apartment, the proximity to the lake, the always friendly and helpful landlords fit perfectly into this quieter corner of the lake and make this apartment our first address on Lake Como, now in its fifth year

The apartment is really nice, well furnished and complete with everything. The house is surrounded by greenery and has a terrace overlooking both the lake and part of the street, but absolutely enjoyable and quiet. In summer you can also enjoy the coolness of the forest. The owners of the apartment are welcoming and helpful people. Great experience!

Very nice and stylishly furnished apartment. Sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. Garden furniture, washing machine, drying rack, etc. The sun loungers from the hotel nearby may be used. The only drawback: the shore road.

Very nice, new and very modern furnished accommodation. Very clean and well maintained. Very warm and very friendly landlord. We lived in this apartment with 2 adults and 2 young children, there is enough space and we felt very comfortable. It is only a few meters to the beach, there were 4 loungers and enough sunshades for us on the private hotel beach. The restaurant Le 5 Case has very good food, we really enjoyed it there. The wine selection is excellent.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and nothing is missing. The landlords are very friendly. I felt very well. The location is great. We went for a walk along the lake every day or went on excursions in the area.
