Great location, nice landlady, insect protection everywhere,

The semi-detached house has a fantastic view, the facilities were very good and everything was very clean.

The cottage is spacious, but has a somewhat dated decor. The view is fantastic and the garden is very big. Enough space to relax there. Village is within walking distance (15 min) but is steep on the way back. In Colico plenty of restaurants and plenty to do in the area. Very friendly owner!!

A nice house, almost new, good bed. A very nice balcony and terrace & garden with view on the lake! The distance to the lake is rather short, but reverse is climbing roads, not really easy with dutch non-electric bikes.

The house La Casetta is very spacious and clean. It is in a very quiet location, but you can still walk to the lake in about 20 minutes. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We would love to go there again.

Very nicely located holiday home, neat interior a bit dated and a washing machine that can be replaced but otherwise completely excellent.

We had a very good time there. The house is very clean, new, modern. The view is amazing and for us the silence in the living area was so wunderfull und relaxing. Best way to see the most beautiful places of comersea is to rent boat.

The garage was great, the view was great. Landlord nice. In the region, all locals wore face shields. A good meal at the "Kudamm" pizzeria.

The accommodation is well equipped, nothing was actually missing. What we missed was a mirror in which you can see yourself completely. The only one in the house was in the main bathroom in d. 1st floor. We would come back again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this house for a week. The reception by the landlord was very warm, including a welcome drink and pastries in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table. The house was spotlessly clean, so we felt at home straight away. The large and partially covered terrace offers a fantastic view of Lake Como no matter what the weather. The area around the house is very quiet and offers pure relaxation. The Allimentari, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, really has everything you need, including fresh bread and rolls every day. The town of Colico can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (back uphill in 30 minutes), by car in less than 5 minutes (plenty of parking spaces available). Colico itself offers everything you could want for a place like this in terms of shops, including various well-stocked ones supermarkets. There is a selection of different pizzerias and cafes on the beach promenade, all well frequented but not overcrowded. We had a wonderful time in this house above Lake Como, we will definitely come back next year.
