What can I say... this house was simply perfect! The location is excellent, quiet yet close to everything, and the house is truly wonderful: modern, super clean, and tastefully decorated. You can immediately see the care and love put into every detail, the atmosphere is truly welcoming. F. was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to offer advice. The garden is breathtaking: perfect for relaxing and barbecuing! We felt at home and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in Fabio's apartment. It is very spacious and clean. We especially appreciated the two beautiful, large bathrooms with windows. Within walking distance, there is a small convenience store and a bakery with a large selection of delicious baked goods. The beautiful little towns on Lake Como are easily accessible by car. F. lovingly cares for his house and his guests. The small garden next to the apartment offers peace and relaxation.

The apartment offers a fantastic view, is superbly equipped, and is not far from the nearest swimming spot. But the best part is the ever-helpful host, F., who always has a good tip and was very helpful. We'd love to come back!

Comfortable, very modernly furnished holiday apartment with balconies, 2 bedrooms, and 2 spacious bathrooms. Use of the garden with BBQ facilities. A friendly host who always cares about his guests' well-being. The provision of dishwasher tablets, cleaning cloths, coffee capsules, wood for the BBQ, and garbage bags was unique.

We had a great stay in this rental. The house is renovated with very good taste and quality services, F. (our host) welcomed us very warmly with refreshments and a basket of fresh fruit and remained attentive to our comfort. Fantastic holiday home with high-quality finishing, the photos speak for themselves. Several beaches within walking distance. No mass tourism but still a short distance to Lake Como. Cycling, walking, SUP or canoeing in this beautiful area is great. Very friendly landlord who speaks good English.
