Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Noch nie sind wir bei der Anreise auf so eine saubere Wohnung gestoßen. Fabio, der Verwalter der Wohnung, begrüßt einen sehr herzlich und erkundigt sich in regelmäßigen Abständen nach dem befinden. Diese Wohnung ist ein Super Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Ausflüge und man freut sich auch darauf, wieder Abends dort anzukommen. Wir sind zu 8 gereist und hatten allen einen megatollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Der Ort Verceia ist ebenfalls toll. Man findet alles für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, kleinerer Einkaufsladen, Restaurants) und kann dies auch zu Fuß erreichen. Ebenso hat es hier einen Bahnhof von dem man problemlos z. B. nach Mailand oder Bergamo fahren kann.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location. La maison est refaite à neuf avec très bon goût et des prestations de qualité, F. (notre hôte) nous a accueilli très chaleureusement avec des rafraîchissements et une corbeille de fruits frais et est resté attentif à notre confort. La vue est très belle et la vie s'écoule au rythme d'un charmant village de montagne. C'est la retraite idéale pour profiter au calme du lac de Mezzola et du lac de Côme. Grazie mille F.!

De vakantiewoning was modern, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op fantastische locatie, met op loopafstand de mogelijkheid om te bergwandelen, te zwemmen en vers brood, ijs enz te kopen. Met schitterende uitzicht.

wir waren eine Woche mit 6 Per. im Urlaub Die Wohnung ist super aufgeteilt und vor allem sehr sauber. Besonders hat uns das Bad gefallen. Rund um die Wohnung sind Balkone und hinter dem Haus eine toll angelegte Terrasse. Dort hat es 2 Grillstellen, eine davon ist auch als Feuerschale nutzbar für etwas frischere Abende. Eine Außendusche mit Warmwasser ist auch installiert. Von der Wohnung aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf Verceia mit See. Der Vermiter ist völlig unkompliziert und total nett.

Fabio’s house was incredible!! We stayed a couple of nights and loved it. He thought about every detail and used high quality materials around the house. The view is breathtaking, and you can even enjoy an outdoor barbecue on the terrace. If you have kids, you also have bed and chair. This place has a great value for money (free parking for multiple cars). The city does not seems touristic at all and you can easily breathe and take a real break. Accessible without a car (train 10 min walking).

Fantastische vakantiewoning met hoogwaardige afwerking, de foto's spreken voor zich. Verschillende strandjes op loopafstand. Geen massatoerisme maar toch op korte reisafstand tot het Comomeer. Fietsen, wandelen, suppen of kanoën in deze prachtige omgeving is geweldig. Zeer sympathieke verhuurder die goed Engels spreekt.

Where to begin… Since we were the first people hosted by Fabio in this apartment we weren’t sure what to expect. Long story short: This is the perfect apartment even for larger groups, in a peaceful, non-touristy village with a clear lake perfect for swimming, a cozy café and mountains for hiking all within 2 (lake, café) to 5 (mountain) minutes walk. Fabio was super friendly, always ready to point out a delicious restaurant or fun activity. We’ll definitely be back at this hidden gem. Thanks!
