"Loggia sul mare", 2-room apartment 75 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (120 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. The outdoor area was not cleaned, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, there was only half a roll of toilet paper. Additionally, the WiFi was very unreliable and of low quality. The property was difficult to locate and the entry instructions were mainly photos. This property requires more detailed instructions to find, where to park and how to use the heat/thermostat. The view and garden were excellent and in the summer this property would likely be very enjoyable.

The apartment is on the first floor of a multi-family villa. The large terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and the small park is wonderful. The sound of the waves is pleasant and the railway line behind the house is not a problem. Unfortunately, the beach is mostly rocky. The access to the house is not easy due to the narrow road, but it is doable.
