The location is great! The gardens are very well maintained and beautiful! The proximity to the sea is great! The terrace is beautiful! The apartment is in mediocre condition. The sofa bed is ancient and has a defective mattress. The dirty cushion covers on the rattan chairs urgently need to be washed. The grill on the terrace cannot be used. The stove in the kitchen has 2 burners that do not work well or at all. WiFi is theoretically available, but does not work! The shower head needs repair!

The property and the garden are very well maintained and beautiful. The view and quick access to the sea are also perfect. It wasn't nice that the kitchen wasn't clean and the bedroom didn't have a window. I found the accommodation unsuitable for children: there were many pensioners on site who asked for silence and you were not allowed to step on the lawn. The children were not allowed to play at the pool and had to be quiet. This is understandable, but it should have been pointed out on the website
