An apartment with a stunning view of the French Côte d'Azur. It had everything you could wish for. Bright, spacious rooms, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could need. The apartment is entirely decorated in black and white marble. Stunning! The only drawback is the parking on the busy street.

Huge holiday apartment on two floors with all the trimmings including a whirlpool; Small balcony with a view of the blue sea, Menton and Monaco; Parking in front of the house on the street; The outdoor area with dining table and grill is in a small courtyard with no view; The railway line is further down in the valley and you can hear the trains at night if the window is open; This didn't bother us but it's worth knowing; The facilities and the view make up for it

The apartment lures with the promise that it is 750 m from the sea, that it has two terraces of 30 m2 and two balconies of 12 m2. Unfortunately, none of this is true. The walk to the sea is at least 4 km long. There is only one larger terrace with no view and only one balcony to sit on. You also cannot step onto a balcony from the downstairs room. The door was locked. So a bit annoying. Otherwise the apartment was well equipped.
