This fuss-free apartment provides a comfortable stay in the heart of Rome. While the open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen is fairly simple in style, the bedrooms are serene – just the ticket for a peaceful night’s sleep. Granted, there’s no oven here so you won’t be preparing any family feasts during your stay, but with Italian eateries within easy reach, dining out will be at the top of your to-do list. And when it comes to sightseeing, you’re perfectly placed, with key hotspots such as the Pantheon and Piazza Navona within walking distance.

*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
