Very pleasant apartment, if no neighbors too noisy, but terrace located under the trees, from which pine needles constantly fall, and bird droppings on the tiles, table and chairs. Very complicated to maintain and impossible to eat there. Kitchen, lack of saucepan.

Very good location. Apartment urgently needs updating: sink cracked, shower tray leaking, enamel sink cracked. Kitchen equipment insufficient. No treatment against mosquitoes in the garden. No toilet brush No cleaning material.
