We invite you to enjoy the affordable luxury of Benbaun House, set well back from the road in mature leafy gardens, gated property, gym, games room, Barbeque area, playground,3 minutes walk from Clifden town centre.
The house has been newly refurbished to a very high standard. 12 bedrooms are spacious and tastefully decorated and are en-suite, flat screen TV, and much more.
We offer a fully equipped nursery on the ground floor. In the study you can enjoy many good books, local information, and WiFi facilities.
The house is set well back from the road, it is gated property, surrounded by lawns and gardens. It has a playground for the children, barbecue area and seating area for the adults. Bikes are available for guests.
Benbaun House is registered and approved by Failte Ireland, the Irish Tourism Board.

Up-stairs: 4 x double bedrooms and en-suite. 3 x treble bedrooms (1 Double and 1single) and en-suite. 2 x twin bedrooms and en-suite
Downstairs: 2 x double bedrooms and en-suite. Nursery – Fully equipped and en-suite.

Bathrooms:
There are 14 bathrooms in the House.
All bedrooms are fully en-suite,and 2 bedrooms downstairs have bathrooms with shower/full bath for our guests with limited mobility.

Kitchen:
Kitchen is fully equipped, gas cooker, fridge, full freezer, microwave oven, 2 dishwashers, pots, pans & cooking utensils, etc.

Utility Room:
There are 2 washing machines and dryers and all other facilities that may be required.

Living Rooms:
There are 2 living rooms - study area that can seated 8 people and sitting room for 10 people.
