For shared use: natural state property, large garden with lawn. Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 500 m, grass beach 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

The apartment was cleaned and clean and ok for basic needs. ... The condition of the apartment, the house, however, was quite neglected and worn: wooden facade totally peeled off on the outside, balcony and staircase railings peeled off and rusty, tiles in the bathroom partially cracked, sloppy silicone joints in the bathroom, carpet in the living room worn.... It really needs to be restored...

There were three of us with a dog in an apartment on the first floor. Everything was clean and what was really great was very extensively equipped. Egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, oil, salt, pepper, etc. So you had everything you needed and we had a few nice days. The garden is also beautiful and a table tennis table also invited you to sweat (30 degrees). The landlords live next door, are correctly distanced - but nice and want to please everyone. Well!

This apartment is more beautiful on the picture than in reality. The garden is now overgrown and the barbecue area that used to be there is decaying and in bad condition. The balcony is outdated. The floor boards are loose. The railing hasn't been painted for ages. The paint is peeling. No fly screens on the windows. One is bitten by mosquitoes. The apartment is not isolated. It is totally hot in the apartment. Cobwebs everywhere. 20 euro service. Not fair.

Already older residential complex, but clean, well equipped, sufficient size, very nice support from the hosts. Dog friendly, large lot. When all apartments are occupied, the parking lot gets a bit cramped when SUVs are also parked.

Good rental but 3 remarks: – Kitchen equipment a bit tight. – Curtain of the bedroom windows not opaque enough (we were woken up during the day at 5am). – Tax of 60 euros to be paid in addition to the tax of stay to access the seaside.
