There is a piano in the living room. Iron. Outdoor fireplace.

Private: natural garden 10'000 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Shop 6 km, grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Tennis 6 km. Nearby attractions: Moseltal 25 km, Rheintal 35 km, Hängeseilbrücke Geierlay 30 km. Please note: car recommended. The Kyr stream crosses the land and the natural garden is cropped twice a year.

Lots of privacy with a beautiful large garden! Good beds and quiet location, nice BBQ. Plenty of space and very clean. A lot of nettles in part of the garden. The wifi just didn't work some parts of the day.

This holiday home is located on the edge of a quiet village. There are no facilities in the vicinity, but a bakery and various catering establishments are 3 km away. Supermarkets at about 6 km. The house has a large, private backyard and front garden. The decor is dated, but there is a new lounge sofa. However, the decor is fine. There is a kitchen with dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. There are two bathrooms. There are sometimes deer and a fox

Spacious holiday home with lots of space around the house. Occasional visit of deer in our garden. The garden was nice and big, but to walk there in the (front) garden you had to avoid a lot of nettles. We had a great time.

We really enjoyed relaxing there with our dogs in the middle of meadows and forests. You really have pure nature on your doorstep.... and yet you are not cut off from civilization. There are many beautiful destinations and in Kirchberg there is everything you need in terms of restaurants and shops. The furniture wasn't exactly up to date .... but everything was functional - you don't need more. We were very satisfied .

Beautiful location free in nature. Complete furnishing. Ample parking on site. All facilities in Kirchberg and Simmern are available at a short distance. Attractive price.

Spacious house, beautiful location. Decor totally outdated. Seating comfort zero, beds hard, duvets short, doors don't close, kitchen needs to be replaced. Does not depend on managers, owner does not respond to complaints / recommendations. House in more expensive periods not worth money and it could be so beautiful. A lot of potential! Large garden, bumpy (moles) and in wet weather a lot of clay on your shoes.

We found this part of Germany to be very beautiful. We had an interesting and fun stay. The garden was very peaceful and our dog loved it! The house was good with a well equipped kitchen. It could be improved by considering comfort a little more as it was difficult to relax with limited comfortable outdoor furniture and uncomfortable interior seating.

spacious house, but too little storage space for your own food and auxiliary items. All cupboards are full of holiday articles collected over the years such as dated tourist information, books, kitchen utensils, leftover foodstuffs, etc.
