Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Balcony, south facing position and west facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

We really liked the apartment. The view is just wonderful. Sand toys were also included. The shower hose was broken. A call to the property manager and an hour later everything was taken care of. Very friendly handling. So we and the little ones really liked it. It would be good if there were a blind to darken the bedroom and children's room.!!! Otherwise everything OK!!

Beautiful apartment where nothing is missing. Looks newly renovated. Everything you need is complete. Very clean. A great location with a heavenly view. Suitable for young families. For older people, the couch and bed is a bit soft. We enjoyed the vacation very much.

The equipment of the apartment is already very good. It was also great that there were toys. However, blackout blinds would have been nice. Children like to wake up as soon as it gets light in the room. Therefore, blinds would be helpful so that the parents get a little more sleep. Especially with a child, a washing machine or at least the possibility to wash in the apartment complex would be an advantage.

Great holiday apartment with every comfort and enough space for 4 adults. With a view of the sea, in a quiet location, 50 m from the beach and parking right by the house. We felt very comfortable. Many Thanks.

The key holder, i.e. the restaurant, was on vacation. A cell phone number at the front door should make contact for the key handover. The only catch is: In Lubmin there is almost no network connection possible! Luckily, the key holder turned up without calling.–––The window panes in the apartment were in a pitiful condition. Excuse me?? The key holder offered to do the cleaning herself, but who wants to have the apartment cleaned after you've moved in! We then cleaned some of the windows ourselves.––We have often been to the blue shell in Lubmin and have always been satisfied.

Great location on the beach. View is terrific. Supermarket and other small shops are 15 minutes walk away. Internet connection is very bad, but you can register in the restaurant with WiFi.
