Strandvilla (LUB116) Apartment 3

This apartment, right on the beach and opposite the playground, was ideal for us with our grandchildren, ages 4 and 8. The bedroom and children's room, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the upper floor, are very good quality – including the mattresses. The living room, dining area, and kitchen were excellently equipped with everything we needed. The area is beautifully quiet, yet close to a supermarket, restaurants, and various snack bars. The beach is beautifully wide and has fine sand. Thank you for the friendly welcome and the gift!

A week of winter weather was comfortably spent in the beautiful holiday apartment near the Baltic Sea beach in Lubmin. The apartment offers everything you need for the time between a walk on the beach and other activities, including very friendly care from the manager. The location of the apartment is an additional plus point.

Modernly furnished apartment on two floors. Right on the great sandy beach in Lubmin. Very clean, everything there, even WiFi.

The apartment is not bad and is generally good. The landlady is very friendly. My only complaint is the very slow internet, max. 2-3 Mbit in the WiFi. When the neighboring apartment was occupied after a few days, the speed dropped even further. Apparently we were also sharing the very slow internet. The WiFi reception itself was good. There was no O2 or Vodafone cell phone reception in the house. Not much better in town.

The accommodation has a very good equipment without complaints. The welcome was very warm. The proximity to the beach is great. We could only feel comfortable after long walks.

We feel very good. Knives and glasses could be improved.

House well and functionally furnished. The beach is very close, a large playground for children up to 10 years old is also nearby. Between the promenade and the beach is a 3.75 km long "wooden walkway", which is delimited by many trees and is therefore shady. Few others are out during the week. Hiking trails in the forest are also available. We recovered very well.

Holiday was great and to be recommended

Short way to the beach. FeWo is well equipped. Relatively noisy to the neighbors, but otherwise great. How would come again.

The resort was very nice. The accommodation was not clean and the beds were not stable in our opinion. Otherwise it would have been a nice place to stay.

When the weather is nice, a comfortable holiday - only the environment is badly neglected!

Quiet, spacious apartment with steep stairs to the toilet and bathroom on the upper floor. Unfortunately, the garden was very neglected. Washing machine defective location, 50 meters to the beach promenade.

Great, could come back with a dog. House was nice and clean. However, the seating elements/couch should be replaced (very stained, smell). Otherwise we felt very comfortable.

The shower wall was unfortunately a bit difficult to move, the shower head including the handrail has seen better days.

The holiday apartment (semi-terraced house) was handed over to us in a first-class, clean condition. The administrator made it easier for us to find the place in advance with photos via Whatsapp. We would particularly like to emphasize the service and the friendly and competent support. Otherwise, the object offers everything that could be inferred from the description. It is only a short hop to the beach. The equipment is functional, largely without special features. We found the beds very comfortable. The sofa in the living room is certainly in need of renewal, but that didn't really bother us. As a note for other tenants: You should certainly be aware of the special features of a terraced house in advance. We found the object to be relatively clairaudient.
