"Kellerwald-Liebe", 4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2023, tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook.

The house has a good south-west orientation. Afternoon sun on the terrace with sunset in the evening. The sinks in the bathrooms are a bit small due to the size of the room. The heating in the bathroom was not working, which is not very comfortable at temperatures around 15°. The electric meter reading could not be recorded. The room was locked, which is unnecessary because electricity costs are included. The only heating option is a 1500W electric radiator under the stairs in the living room and the fireplace. The range of glasses is incomplete.
