The house is complete, but outdated, with a musty smell inside, and speeding traffic passing by. No parking. The dam was closed for a whole month, so we had to drive around a lot. Google didn't address this, and the homeowner didn't mention it either. The terrace wasn't clean, and there was a lot of garden waste.

The detached cottage near the Diemelseesperre is freshly and lovingly renovated by the nice landlord couple. As a family of 3 with a dog, we really enjoyed the days. Ski Arena Willingen can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. We would do it again anytime!
