Description of available equipment could be better and no Dutch channels on TV.

We had a great time in Frankenau and can only recommend this accommodation.

Good day Unfortunately, we were billed for the laundry package (10 euros per person) on site, despite a written commitment from your representative. We ask you to check this!!!

The house is very well furnished and offers everything a family could wish for: 3 bedrooms, an almost fully equipped kitchen, two toilets (so there was no traffic jam :-)), air conditioning (!) in the living room. Many of the details are very nice. In addition to many advantages, the house also has disadvantages: It is very poorly soundproofed, on the first floor you can hear every word that is spoken downstairs. And it's right across from the garbage dump. The TV in the bedroom didn't work. Still would come back.

Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

The house was clean, partly (bathroom/kitchen) newly renovated. Warm air heating does not warm up enough. When the weather is damp, the house is damp and musty. There was a lot of mold in the bedroom!!! House is very shady. No operating or user manuals available!
