"Eric", 4-room house 75 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room 25 m2 with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, to the patio. 1 room 12 m2 with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), hand-basin and separate WC.

Terrace, doormat dirty, not swept. Cobwebs inside and out, dirty windowsills. Light in the kitchen didn't work, kitchen no longer usable in the dark. The coronation: completely filthy shower. Mold in the shower stall and even on the shower head, the sink faucet loose, couldn't be tightened properly. Booked laundry not available and 4 patio chairs for 5 people booked. I will try to send you some photos documenting this

The house is a bit "getting old", but well equipped and lovingly furnished. The bathroom could do with an update (especially the shower). Otherwise almost everything we needed was there. Unfortunately, a can opener was missing... and we had "canned food" with us. The administrator was always approachable and very friendly!

The house was not clean. Lots of dust in every room and mold in the bathroom. Removed plastic candy packaging from under the beds on the 1st floor. The neighbors were doing jobs so noise pollution all week. Expensive energy tax which you have to pay extra.
