The accommodation was good and well equipped. However, the cleanliness was lacking a few things (e.g. the dishwasher was not clean, some of the pots were very sticky, the fire bowl that was available was still full of ash). A plus point was the free bread rolls that were delivered for the first breakfast. That was very thoughtful.

The house is beautifully situated, the holiday complex is no longer fully managed. The house is very well equipped, everything was clean. The property could be a little more manicured, the terrace is in a nice location, there is plenty of shade from trees and sunshades, the house stays cool even in the height of summer. The ad should state that the property is part of a semi-detached house. We felt very comfortable with our children.

We were happy with everything and couldn't complain about anything.

When booking the trip, several months before the summer holidays, a restaurant and a swimming pool were advertised in the holiday park. However, both facilities were no longer existent upon arrival. The house was very nice and equipped as described. However, the environment was not very hospitable. Wood next to the front door, small terrace only with chairs and a table. Weeds sprouted from every joint of the paved paths around the house. A ray of hope with many activities was Edersee.

The apartment was as described, we felt very comfortable as a family. The contact with the landlady was very friendly, everything went well. The holiday village is very quiet in the forest. The Kellerwald is also recommended in autumn thanks to its beautifully colored deciduous forests.

We spent a great week there. The house is very beautiful and well maintained. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open at the moment, but there are plenty of places to eat outside of the park. The only downside is that in the bathroom, the sink and the toilet are very cramped. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Always my pleasure

The house is very well furnished and modern, everything is new and very clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on vacation. The 3 bedrooms each have a large built-in closet with plenty of storage space. The location in the holiday park is very nice, since it is a corner property, there is enough space all around and there are also plenty of parking spaces. We were there with 4 adults in the off-season in September, so the park was relatively empty and quiet. Very nice manager. Clear recommendation!

Good equipment. Nice care. However, the unpleasant situation cannot be avoided if ... the neighbor's dogs are not on a leash.
