Located far from the hustle and bustle but still in Berlin, this suburban home is ideal for families with lots of kids looking to spend time together but less so for those looking to be close to the city's central spots. There is a wide range of things to do, with a sauna, whirlpool, swimming pool, trampoline and more, although restrictions apply unfortunately. Despite the home's location, central Berlin is less than 30 minutes away on public transport, and the local area offers some lovely cycle routes.

*The sauna, whirlpool and fireplace are only available in winter, while the pool and barbecue are available only during summer
*There’s free parking here, and an EV charging station
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in a private room
*Since the photoshoot, the home has undergone some renovations – there is now a bunk bed in the second bedroom, along with some other furniture changes
*This home is spread over four floors, with no internal lift – it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request
*This is a lived-in home, so expect for some of the host's personal belongings to be present
