When you see the old shopfront that’s been turned into a colourful sunroom, it should come as no surprise that The Hedwig used to be a store. This home isn’t the most unique in our collection, but it comes with a few head-turning elements like the mint-green kitchen and the original reddish tone parquet floors that travel through most rooms. It’s also close to Viktoria Park, where you can climb to the top of the only waterfall in Berlin and sample locally grown wine.
Home truths: * The design is on the simple side, guests expecting more personality should probably look elsewhere
* When we visited, we noticed a couple of scuff marks on the walls
* The kitchen is small and basic side - not ideal for cooking up a storm
