We love the use of space in The Haruka. It isn’t big (it’s a studio), but with its zen-like atmosphere and Japanese-inspired furniture, it appears both bright and welcoming. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette (with no oven), but as it’s located right by Nollendorfplatz, you’re within walking distance to plenty of vibrant and lively spots to grab lunch or dinner. As part of a hotel, you can also expect a fair share of amenities (some of which are at an extra cost though).
Home truths: *The shower isn’t the most private we’ve seen – the only thing separating the shower from the rest of the space is a partitioning wall
*It’s part of a hotel – access is through a lobby
*The kitchen isn’t well-equipped – it’s actually more of a kitchenette as there’s no oven
*It’s a studio, so everything is in the same room
*The host will require your credit card upon check-in for pre-authorising a deposit
