Anna’s furniture collection is to die for. We love the vibrant combination of Marcel Breuer, Eames, and Konstantin Grcic pieces that all pair really well with the many green plants and colourful artwork. As it’s set against a beautiful Altbau, we also can’t get enough of the impressively high ceilings and original stucco detailing. Prenzlauer Berg is lovely, especially if you’re looking to explore a part of Berlin that’s filled with organic eateries, independent design boutiques, and cosy coffee shops with excellent coffee.
Home truths: *It sleeps three guests, but the last guest would be on a sofa bed in the second bedroom
*There’s no home manual
*Be prepared for some up and down – this home is on the third floor with no lift
*The grout in the bathtub could do with some attention
*If you’re staying for a longer period, Anna might ask you to water her plants
