Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Wifi only at the reception.

Resort "Ferienpark Vorauf". In the district of Vorauf 7 km from the centre of Siegsdorf, on the outskirts, 11 km from the centre of Traunstein, 110 km from the centre of München. For shared use: tennis (extra), children's playground. In the complex: reception. Parking at the house. Mountain railway 14 km, ski lift 14 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Steep hillside is not suitable for everyone. Shower door and fittings, as well as the strips in the kitchen, should be replaced or at least cleaned properly and intensively (old, encrusted dirt). Hob should be exchanged, as well as some of the electrics checked or replaced (loose multiple plugs) The apartment is very spacious, good layout. We were comfortable but a partial refurbishment would make it much more attractive.

The apartment is beautifully situated with the balcony. But the garden furniture is outdated and for 4 people where two are only for children. The second bedroom is a 4-bed that can only partially be used by adults. 1 bunk bed, 1 youth bed and a bunk bed.

Everything went well! Peaceful area! Shops easily accessible by car. Apartment clean! Unfortunately, many dust collectors such as open wooden beams, carpeting, fabric furniture, etc. As a result, there was a dusty smell everywhere. More care needed! Kitchen well equipped for several people! Overall satisfied! Well!

Moderate kitchen equipment: missing lids for pots and pans, pans ancient and not usable, not enough cutlery (just fits for 4, not for 6 people) - so nothing to cook - gastronomy in the region is very good! However, it is completely missing in the holiday park. In the bathroom there is no curtain/privacy protection on the window to the passage to the other apartments! F. is high but you can take a look if you want...

In the bedroom with a double bed, the boards on the bedsteads were broken. So that one person had to lie on the floor the first night...the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired...other than that, everything was ok...the location of the apartment was very nice...
