Maybe 1 minus point: owner enters the tenant's home during his absence without prior agreement. This is not OK. Just a question by the owner would have sufficed. For the rest no comment and they are very friendly people.

We were warmly welcomed by the housewife, handing over the keys, brief instruction. Great, nothing more was necessary. We could come to her at any time with any questions. As a special service, the transport of luggage and us to the train station by the host should be mentioned.

Zugspitzbahn, Partnachklamm, Partenkirchen are easily accessible on foot. Also the center of Garmisch in max. 30 minutes. So best location with good facilities. What more do you want? The weather was just right for us! The following inns were really recommendable: Schranne in Garmisch, 3 Mohren and Gasthof Fraundorfer in Partenkirchen

There were four of us in the apartment, it was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was there. The handover also worked well. At the cleanliness we had nothing to complain about. The two separate bathrooms were very good. The location is quiet. A Rewe with a bakery is about 500 m away. The "centre" of Partenkirchen can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and that of Garmisch in about 25 minutes. We thought the apartment was great and can warmly recommend it.

The apartment contained everything you need. Only the basic equipment of towels, toilet paper was very poor. The rooms are very spartan. There was a lot of dust in all the rooms and the bathrooms still had hair marks from the previous tenants. Unfortunately no Christmas decorations at all, which we have had in every rented apartment for over 20 years, let alone any "reception cookies or similar". That lacks a little attention to detail.

Clean, tidy, tasteful. The landlords take very good care of the guests and even picked us up from the train station. Everything went well. Great vacation! We will definitely come back.

very pleasant, well equipped, two balconies in different directions is very pleasant. The host family is very friendly and helpful. We have rented the apartment 14 times. The area is very quiet on the outskirts of Partenkirchen with a view of the Zugspitze, Alpspitze, Kramer and Wank.

We came from 04/21/2018 to 04/28/2018. Apartment super well equipped, very clean, perfect bedding, very well decorated. We were supposed to be four adults, but health problems concerning our friends meant that we came that my husband and I, the apartment for four would have been as comfortable and spacious. Quiet and beautiful environment with a view of the snow-capped mountains, to park our car no problem in the street. The owners are very friendly and provide information on the city and its surroundings for visits in English and a little in French. Thanks again to them for our stay their smile and we will come back to them.
