We can only recommend.

We stayed for a week with our 2 year old son. We had a great time there. The accommodation looks the same as in the pictures. We didn't lack for anything.

The apartment is very well maintained and clean, offers plenty of space and enough storage space for luggage. The building also has an elevator. We felt completely comfortable and can only recommend this apartment!

Positive: Quiet location, good beds, well equipped kitchen. Underground parking space and elevator. Negative: shower: no storage space for shower gel, shampoo, etc. mold in tile joints, dirty limescale deposits on the shower cubicle. drainage very bad. If the defects in the bathroom are eliminated, the apartment is quite recommendable.

We were there for the second time and would love to come back in the future. Apartment as described. Prima delivery of place.

We really enjoyed our stay and drove home very relaxed.

Clean, well equipped and functional apartment.

The location is in a great not too big place in the Alps. Trains and buses can be used free of charge in the area. The train stop is just around the corner. A playground too. You can park in the underground car park and there is an elevator in the house. The beach at Übersee on Chiemsee and in Seebruck is highly recommended. Both are gently sloping with sand. You can also rent boats and SUP. The Königssee is highly recommended, with the gondola on the Jenner, with the ship to Salet-Obersee

We were in Ruhpolding for 2 weeks. The apartment is super clean and well equipped. Everything you need is available. The house and the surrounding area is very well maintained. Many thanks also to the nice hostess for the very good tips for excursions. We would like to come again.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean. The apartment is well equipped. The only small criticism I could give is the beds. They were a little hard, especially the fold out sofa

Clean, friendly and everything was perfect for our 3 day stay. You can cook if you need it.

The accommodation was very nice and clean too. The only drawback, the accommodation under the roof has partly very low roof beams and is therefore not necessarily suitable for people over 180cm. Otherwise everything was great.

We have been 'repeat offenders' for years when it comes to renting the attic apartment (property number: DE8222.100.5). What we have always liked best so far is the tranquility found in this property, but also the small balcony with the beautiful view of the Ruhpolding area and the mountains. After our most recent stay, however, I can't avoid expressing a bit of criticism: After almost 10 years of renting this property, some important kitchen utensils are still missing, such as egg cookers, egg cups, wheat beer glasses (actually a must in Bavaria), etc. .. That should actually belong to the standard equipment of an apartment. Furthermore, the XXX inventory, which has already existed for 10 years, is quite spartan. The couch is so worn out that you can hardly get on your feet when you get up. The armchairs were newly covered or provided with a woolen blanket. The two small side stools, instead of a reasonable coffee table, .. well. The plastic tablecloth on the kitchen table is also getting old and could use a replacement. The lighting in the apartment is also quite diffuse, a few spotlights on the wooden ceiling could provide nice light here... And what annoyed me the most: although WLAN was listed, it hardly worked at all this time either. ...that shouldn't really be the case in the year 18 after the turn of the millennium... But at least the far too small flat screen TV has been replaced by a larger one in the meantime and a blind on one of the top floor windows to protect against the summer heat and blackout installed. It's actually a pity for this otherwise beautiful attic apartment, but all of this would probably be easy to optimize, ...but why not...?

Dear Sir or Madam, the apartment itself is very nice. Likewise the area. We already knew Ruhpolding, but not Bibelöd. It is very nice to live here. The apartment is not bad either, but it depends on the little things, for example the ceiling beams look very good, but not intended for taller people. We bumped our heads several times. The seating is too uncomfortable. The duvet doesn't fit properly in the bed linen, which bothered me a lot. Finally, a comment on W-LAN. Free Wi-Fi should not be offered if it is not working properly. Gerda Herring

Super holiday apartments. Great location. Elevator and underground car park. Cozy top floor apartment with balcony and good views.

The apartment was very clean and very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The key handover was particularly nice, courteous and friendly. All highly recommended! :)
