Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (120 cm, length 200 cm), cable TV (flat screen). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, telephone, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 14. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The telephone for free calls to the German landline. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. If you bring your own bed linen, please note the width of the beds (each 120 cm) and the size of the duvets (155 x 220 cm).

After a warm welcome from the local staff, we immediately felt at home. Enough storage space in all rooms to accommodate things you have brought with you, as well as enough hangers, which is not often the case. the where is not worn, everything worked. We would come again.

This is a modern and comfortably furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a larger multi-party house. The short distances when coming and going using the elevator from/to the car in the underground car park are appreciated. Even a washing machine and dryer are available for free use. Unfortunately, the balcony does not allow for a great view of the mountains, as there is an identical house opposite the apartment. In terms of utensils, we found everything we needed in the apartment.

Modernly furnished apartment on the 2nd floor. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with underfloor heating. 2x flat screen, 1xPlaystation with games. The apartment has a parking space in the house owner's underground car park. Access from the underground car park to the apartment via elevator or staircase possible. The apartment has a basement with washing machine and dryer. The guest card from Ruhpolding was available for the period of the stay, which gave reduced admission and free or discounted public transport.

I was able to get along well with most of them. View: meanwhile, unfortunately, everything is very built up. SZ: Duvet of the simplest kind. Bed linen 100% polyester. Sweating guaranteed! Better to bring your own sheets and buy a large fitted sheet cheaply rather than pay for those sheets. Over curtains: complicated to use. It wasn't possible without either, because there were no blinds and otherwise there was a clear view from across the street. Location: 1 minute to Traunauen. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied. So far one of the nicest apartments we have booked in ruhpolding. Clean and big. 2 TVs. Netflix. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS . Balcony incl. parasol. board games and playstation. Everything is available except the bed linen and towels which have to be paid for separately or you should bring your own. Top. Thanks again.
