Open kitchen 9 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Large balcony 20 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (4). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance, smoke alarm. If you reserve additional beds, there is a single bed in the 9 m2 bedroom at your disposal. Balcony partly covered. Lake 150 m.

What was unfortunately missing in the apartment is WiFi and the balcony door is damaged at the bottom and you should maybe check that the loft bed is anchored to the wall because it is very wobbly otherwise we had a very nice stay. Yours sincerely, Ms. Semmrow

We were bothered by the lack of WLAN, because reception via the mobile network is also not possible due to the lack of coverage. There is no central lighting in the living room, so that one can, for example, read in the entire area of the room in the evening. Five years ago we paid around €45 per day (gross) for a similar apartment. The current price of €76.74/day corresponds to an increase of approx. 70%, which in our opinion is not justified at all.

Getting old but well maintained and clean. Praise: Functional kitchen, large balcony, awning, idyllic bathing lake within walking distance. Criticism: uncomfortable mattresses, no WiFi, few sockets, Seerestaurant with beer garden because. COVID19 closed, new tenant wanted. Environment: Bakery and Edeka within walking distance. Arrach: only a few attractions apart from Seepark. Other Bavarian Forest highlights can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.
