The location of the apartment in the locality is very good, from the apartment it is 100m to the beach and 120m to the rocky beach. The marina by the apartment, dozens of restaurants and bars on the harbor promenade. Apartment on the 3rd floor at the end of the house, large terrace facing the morning sun (12m2), kitchen equipment recently updated. WC and shower room (recently updated) separate from each other. The bed is a narrow double bed, moderately good, the pillows could be updated. There is one shortcoming in the apartment, there is no closet space..
