A very mixed first impression due to the “dilapidated” housing and the lack of air conditioning. At the opening of the shutter of the terrace and the view from it, the impression begins to change. Over time, the absence of a road between the terrace and the beach, access to a completely pedestrian zone up to CAP3000, the same on the other side for many restaurants, once again the visual of the airport to Antibes from this beautiful terrace, make this accommodation a very pleasant place.
