Bedrooms

The two bedrooms are stylish and modern. The double room has plenty of wardrobe space with large French-windows that lead out onto the sunny balcony. The 2nd bedroom comprises of two single beds and wardrobe, again with large French-windows leading to the balcony. In each of the bedrooms, there is a wardrobe/closet, a mirror, a hairdryer, a dresser of drawers and an alarm clock with iPod docking station.

Bathrooms

There are two bathrooms and one separate WC. One bathroom has a newly fitted contemporary designed bathroom with shower enclosure and sink, the second bathroom has a shower and sink.

Living Area

The open plan living area is spacious and well designed with a dining table for six and comfortable seating for four. There are large French-windows leading out onto the stunning balcony creating a light and airy feel and allowing the cooling breezes through the apartment. The large balcony is ideal for dining Al Fresco and will ensure that you'll be able to sit out and enjoy aperitifs in the warm air of the Cote d'Azur.

Kitchen

The kitchen is sleek, minimal and smart looking with all the mod-cons you would expect of an apartment of this calibre. There is an oven, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, washer/dryer and plenty of storage space and utensils.

Dining Area

Violet is located in the stylish and quiet Flower Quarter, known as Les Fleurs. Just four blocks back from the famous main promenade, the beaches are practically on your doorstep and you will benefit from having bakeries, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The Old Town is 20 minutes away and can be accessed via a pleasant stroll along the promenade or through the characterful avenues and streets of this vibrant city.

Public Transport

Two minutes from the appt (in the street parallel to Ave des Fleurs) you'll find bus stop Gambetta/Bottero. There are direct buses from here to shopping at Jean Medicin/Massena (Nos 3, 7, 9, 10, 22), to the Old Town, Place Garibaldi and the Port (Nos 7,9,10), and to Cimiez-art museums etc (No 22). In addition, both the 98 and the 99 buses to the airport stop nearby, as do the buses to Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, etc. Bus 99 goes to the Central Railway Station, and bus 23 also stops a stone's throw away from the Gare Centrale.
