Here you can enjoy a meal at the dining table, relax in the seating area, or step out onto the private balcony to watch life go by on the street below. We think this place is perfect for a couple wanting a relaxing base in the heart of Nice.

*There's a half-floor lift here, but you'll still need to climb some stairs to reach the entrance of the apartment.
*As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
*Guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.
*Parking in Nice can be tricky, so we recommend exploring on foot or sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
