In shower stall and at sink you are sickened by the smell of sewer. Comfort or had stain all over it. Door that opens to apartment required 3 keys. Two did not work. The one key only opened some of the time. Very frustrating. We had to pay for towels and bed linens of which some were stained, No mattress on bed just a pad. So not comfortable. A/C did not work properly. Overall I give a 0. Ruined our stay in Nice. Never again! Put some money into your rentals. Terrible!

Everything was great. Location was fine, close to station, close to city center. There was only one negative point and it was a bit smelly bathroom. Apart from that, everything was ok.
