The location is great – in the old town: shopping, small shops, and nice restaurants are all within walking distance. If you're sensitive to noise, this apartment isn't for you – the windows are thin, and you can hear people talking in the restaurant downstairs until about 10 p.m. One evening, a party with loud music continued until after 11 p.m. – bring ear protection for a good night's sleep. ;) The apartment is actually darker, but it's fine for a few days.

Charming apartment, well located... of course, in the summer in Old Nice it's noisy, you just have to be aware of that, otherwise, great stay!

Sweet, lovingly furnished apartment in the middle of the old town of Nice. Restaurants, shops, supermarket right on the doorstep. Ideal for a short trip to the Côte d'Azur.

From the first moment we entered we felt at home in this extremely charming apartment. Lots of atmosphere also in the old center. The only disadvantage could be that you don't come here for your peace. Restaurants under your bedroom window, a lot of noise until late in the evening and a neighbor who can't control his dog makes sleeping difficult. But as far as we are concerned that didn't spoil the fun. We fell in love with this place.

Nice romantic rooms. Noise from the street below did not disturb. Well situated in the old town, near to tram station and super market. Bed was a little narrow for two persons, but there is a sofa which turns to another bed, so that was not a problem. Cutlery was worn out and not so tidy, which was probable the only problem.

The apartment is ideally located close to old Nice, amenities and access to Italy. The apartment is warm, spacious and very pleasant, however it is possible to have some noise pollution for late risers
