The location in the middle of the center was nice. Everything within walking distance. The car can be parked in a parking garage within 5 minutes walking distance, but expensive. The apartment is small but fine for two people. Unfortunately the shower was bad and very dirty, apparently not cleaned for a long time, bought a bottle of cleaning myself and showered with slippers. The air conditioning did not work, luckily my partner is a breakdown technician and got it working again. The cupboards were full of dirty laundry in bags

This apartment was very comfortable and convenient. Located in the old city, all the great restaurants, boulangeries, shops, Saleya market, the beach, and both tram lines are all only a minute or two walk away, yet it is quiet and peaceful here, not the party scene of the beach hotels. The apartment is impeccably clean, with great conveniences like air conditioning (absolutely necessary in the hot summer!), a dish washer, coffee maker, and clothes washing machine. The bed was very comfortable.

This rental is good. Its location is excellent, close to two tram lines and buses. The apartment is clean, big enough for two people. If it is dark, it is linked to the structure of Old Nice. However, there is no parking lot or garage. Ideal when you come to Nice by plane or train.

The apartment is well located, close to all the shops in old Nice! Everything was clean, amenities were new and working well. Thank you for the air conditioning, even in September it was necessary! I recommend.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment located in the city center, close to all amenities on foot and having everything you need to live there peacefully. Putting your suitcases there means above all having a comfortable base in a district with typical charm while not having the annoyances of a city center (night noise, traffic noise, etc.) Here is a golden opportunity to discover Nice and the old town.
