We really liked the apartment. It is in the Fabron district, right on the Promenade des Anglais and close to the airport. The apartment is well equipped and was handed over to us relatively clean. I would book it again. The only negative point is that you have to pick up the key in the city center and return it there by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. We only received one key.

When we arrived the cleaning of the previous tenants was not done. The sheets and towels were still in the apartment. We did not have clean bed linen. After contacting a manager, we were brought a set of clean sheets, however no one came to do the necessary cleaning.

Clean, quiet apartment with a nice balcony. All equipment worked well. Pebble beach right in front of the door, where there was always enough space, despite high season (August).
