With a private garden, swimming pool and a terrace complete with outdoor seating and a barbecue, there's plenty of outside space to enjoy. Once you've had your fix of swimming, sunbathing and alfresco lunching, head out into Nice. The winding streets of the old town, upscale boutiques of the city centre, and iconic Nice beaches are only a ten-minute drive away.

*The pipework in this building is old, so expect an occasional odour from the shower drain.
*There are fifteen steps leading up to the front door here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. It's also only available for use from May to September.
