Extra view and quiet location. Own. Upstairs bedroom: bed 140 cm wide, but 160 cm in the description, the mattress has to be changed, the television serves as a trim, does not work. Quiet location, lots of privacy, clean, sanitary facilities in order. Kitchen functional and everything available. Great pool. Deficiencies: mattress upper room unfortunately uncomfortable and above all worn out. No parasol stand, or only defective.

We booked the Yalou holiday home for 2 weeks. Key collection and introduction were very pleasant. From the garden you have a very nice undeveloped view of the bay of Cavalaire. Since the house is at the end of a turning point, cars rarely get lost in the street. Overall it's a very quiet location. The pool is very well maintained. The electricity costs incurred for this are manageable (approx. 25 € total electricity consumption per week).

The place is on top of a steep mountain, in the middle of other houses but with full privacy. Road is fine by car. The view is beautiful, especially from the balcony above. The pool (unheated) was lovely and clean. The house is spacious, and everything is there. However, the sofas really need to be replaced and upstairs the bed had a deep hole. We only got the key at 5.30 pm instead of 4 pm. The transfer was very friendly. The pool alarm (mandatory!) went off several times in the night.

Beautiful villa But to review: the bedding and slats out of order, the fridge is cold, the cupboard doors that have trouble closing, tv in the bedroom that does not work, no barbecue because out of order when we arrived, door lock entrance that does not lock…. EDF has to pay more at the end! Otherwise the view is magnificent. the villa is quiet not overlooked. Car essential! The interior is well laid out Welcoming interhome agent. Aware of the problems must see ac proprio.

House very well located on the heights (compulsory car) well exposed, calm. The price does not correspond to the standard usually encountered: very average bedding, dirty cupboards and sometimes dirty dishes in the back, camping-style hotplate, clean but sagging sofa and electricity bill at the end of the stay at the end of the stay. This house in value for money deserves a refresh. Perfect welcome.

On the other hand, downside on equipment: poor quality bedding in one room (beautiful LARGE room with a 140 bed!) Poor cleanliness knowing that you pay 20 euros per person = 120 euros qd even!). Kitchen equipment to complete (no peeler, kitchen knife, scissors), fridge does not cool well

Pretty house located on the heights of cavalaire. It is well equipped and comfortable. However car essential because this house is at the top of the hill. We paid for the electricity! While the rental price is already very high !!!

First the positives: The view from the property is beautiful. However, the house and also the handling of the tenants have all the defects. First of all, the house was very dirty, we first had to put all the dishes in the dishwasher, the sofa sets and tablecloths had stains that would have come out with a simple wash and there was a thick layer of dust on the baseboards. The kitchen equipment also leaves a lot to be desired, pots and pans were so dented or warped that they had a hard time absorbing heat. I don't think the price is right for that. When we took back the house, the lady wanted me to put back the garden table that we had pushed out in the sun and to take out the lounger cushions that we had put in to protect them from the wind. I was also supposed to take the rubbish that we had disposed of in the rubbish bin on the property with me. All this, although we had to pay another 20 euros per person for the final cleaning on site.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, especially the view was great. In the morning the sunrise over the sea was fantastic; the handing over of the keys also worked perfectly. The woman was very nice and helpful. Pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. We will come again

Unfortunately we were very disappointed this time! The house is ok for holidays, but you could also replace some old things that would not be too expensive, like old seat cushions, ancient mini oven, broken loungers and lamp. Not only collect, also invest sometimes, would be customer-friendly. Ants unfortunately also this year, still in the kitchen, although we said it nicely! It's a shame for the house and great location, were there for the 3rd time, but definitely for the last time! Unfortunately the key holder (again new this year) is not acceptable, made us wait 4 days for an answer if e. earlier departure would be possible) Appointments a huge problem (lady is employed and hardly reachable by phone. Sms back and forth, not exactly relaxing during the holidays. Not to mention the acceptance, which was quite "brisk". Interchalet was as always very accommodating and understanding. We are now looking forward to another house, and a nice landlady, so that we can continue to feel like "customers".
