Villa Chantoiseau

Calm and serenity facing Cap Lardier (with a glimpse of the sea) near the beautiful fine sandy beach of Cavalaire (8 minutes on foot). Total disconnection, impossible to get tired of these landscapes as beautiful from sunrise to sunset. We will have a lot of pleasure in returning to this rare and preserved place in order to enjoy this beautiful region (Beach and landscapes)

The apartment is spacious and the location is very good. Views are very good and would be even better if overgrown bushes were cut. Unfortunately the interior is worn and would really need some refurbishing. Kitchen utensils are poor. Beds are more like camping beds, not meant for long stays. The apartment is very noisy at night due to old plumbing, whining ventilation and loosely-fitted windows.

The floor of the villa was wonderful with all the necessities. The holiday was a memory for life. The only thing that needs to be done is to tidy up the garden as some trees obscured the view of the sea.

Beautiful, quiet holiday home at the end of a cul-de-sac. Unfortunately, the apartment and the garden are a bit neglected.

The location is great, 5 minutes on foot to the beach and 10 minutes back (uphill, partly via stairs). On the outskirts of Cavalaire , so quiet. We first had to complain about the announced sea view, everything was overgrown. The furnishings are from the 1970s, very simple, a bit strange (which we liked), unfortunately no comfortable armchair in the living room. The most important things were clean, but overall the apartment appears a bit dingy. You shouldn't look too closely.

The house is in a quiet location, away from the center (about 10 minutes on foot). The owners are upstairs and are very courteous. The Pardigon beach is within walking distance, it is about 900 meters uphill (or downhill). There is washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.
