Poor apartment in terms of cleaning, very dirty door, sink to be changed, kitchen patched up.

Very nice apartment directly on the Promenade du Mer. Equipped with all amenities with a large balcony and an indoor garage. Furnishings somewhat dated and should be updated.

Very nice view, well located for the beach which is in front despite the road to cross and for shops and activities. Pleasant apartment and appreciable underground parking. A larger oven placed on the worktop instead of the microwave would be more suitable.
